07-01-10 New MarinaOffice version 6.5
Scribble Software Inc. is proud to announce the new MarinaOffice version 6.5. MarinaOffice 6.5 primarily addresses the final certification requirements of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council and the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) in reference to processing credit and debit cards.
The website of the PCI Security Standards Council states, "The PA-DSS is the Council-managed program formerly under the supervision of the Visa Inc. program known as the Payment Application Best Practices (PABP). The goal of PA-DSS is to help software vendors and others develop secure payment applications that do not store prohibited data, such as full magnetic stripe, CVV2 or PIN data, and ensure their payment applications support compliance with the PCI DSS. Payment applications that are sold, distributed or licensed to third parties are subject to the PA-DSS requirements."
The MarinaOffice version 6.5 suite of solutions ensures that all requirements of the PCI DSS and PA-DSS are satisfied and passes the requirements of a PCI compliance audit and certification.
02-18-10 Dual Display Support
Scribble Software Inc. is pleased to introduce the all new EVO dual display touchscreen monitor. The use of the older pole customer displays in point-of-sale solutions are being replaced with newer technology and solutions that include a second full color LCD display. The dual display EVO touchscreen display is manufactured by POS-X, a Scribble Software partner, and offered by Scribble Software as part of our overall solutions.
Scribble Software Inc. is also pleased to announce that their point-of-sale solutions: PureRetail, PureFuel and PureRestaurnant now provide standard support for any second display intended for customer viewing. This allows our point of sale solutions to work with the EVO dual display touchscreen, as well as with any two display monitors.
The addition of dual display support also introduces potential income from additional revenue opportunities. The dual display feature includes an advertising system that rotates advertising banners on the second display viewed by customers. The cities fuel dock is completing the final phase of it's renovation project that includes the installation of new fuel dispensers and a fuel management system. Lake Granbury Marina Inc. installs Scribble Software's MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition. Lake Granbury Marina was recently obtained by new ownership and is currently going through an extensive re-modeling and construction project. Their goal is to provide the finest marina facilities in the area offering transient and seasonal slip rentals,a multi POS station ships store, a 24 hour pay at the pump fueling dock, a restaurant, an RV park, and boat and jet ski rentals.
The MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition was selected as the management solution for it's superior ability to serve all areas of the new marina. A primary reason for this selection is the proven track record of Scribble Software's fuel management integration. Scribble Software's PureFuel™ point-of-sale was installed and integrated with multiple Gilbarco fuel dispensers. These dispensers are multi-product dispensers with built in credit card readers allowing customers the ability to fuel their boat 24 hours a day. The 2009 International Marina & Boatyard Conference held in Ft. Lauderdale on January 25th through the 27th was an outstanding success. IMBC is where dedicated marine professionals gather to exchange information, talk about the future of the industry, explore new methods and techniques, receive updates on revised standards and established rules, and see what's happening in other parts of the world. 10-21-08 City of Sacramento PureFuel Installation
The City of Sacramento installs Scribble Software's MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition. The city of Sacramento embarked on an extensive multi-million dollar renovation of the city owned marina. One of the final steps of this renovation is the completion of the new fuel dock. The city selected the MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock edition to integrate with the new Gilbarco Encor 500 series dispensers. With this setup, fuel dock employees can now completely control the 4 fueling stations and provide better customer service.

Scotts Landing at the Barcadere Marina installs Scribble Software's MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition. Scotts Landing at the Barcadere Marina is a premier marina located in Grand Cayman. The MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition was selected to not only manage the day to day rental aspects, but also manage the dock side and road side fueling stations. Scotts Landing installed 6 marine based fuel dispensers by Pump Measure Control (PMC) on the fuel dock and 3 more PMC dispensers for road traffic. Scribble Software was the first marina management software solution to integrate fuel management features and Scotts Landing marks the first commercial installation that includes the integrated fuel management features within MarinaOffice™ and PMC dispensers.
09-10-08 Product Certification
Scribble Software Inc. is pleased to announce the certification of the PureOnlineAccount.com payment gateway. PureOnlineAccount.com is a new, about to be released, product that will allow on-line bill payments and other account activity using the internet. Since the financial transactions will be occurring over the internet, the secure payment gateway had to go through a series of rigorous certification steps with the credit card processor, CAM Commerce. The PureOnlineAccount.com system passed all tests and has been officially certified through CAM Commerce.

10-09-07 New Business Acquisition
Over the years, Scribble Software Inc. has experience tremendous growth in its business product lines, as well as personnel. This expanding capacity is quickly outgrowing the current leased corporate office. Forward thinking has enacted the purchase of a new office structure that will serve as the new corporate office. With the purchase complete, Taylor Property Services has been awarded the contract to plan, design, and construct the interior of the building to meet the needs of Scribble Software Inc.
